Sailing Without Worries is simple; sail along with the LE16 once.
Something for the real sailing enthusiasts because if you sail along, you are just a crew member in the eyes of the skipper. So you have to participate like a real professional crew member.
You think fine, because whether you are an expert or just want to get acquainted with a flat bottom, you pick up the tricks of sailing with a traditional lemsteraak along the way.

This beautiful sturdy lemsteraak is a newly build (2001) VA-klassen boat with the lay-out of the traditional Dutch workingboat used in the fishery industry around 1850 – 1920
To sail.
From Muiden we first sail through the Groote Zeesluis, past the Muiderslot and the Groene Dreack onto the open water.
When we have passed the Muiderslot you can already see the island of Pampus just a short distance away.
We set sail and sail North towards Paard van Marken and then depending on the wind and waves we choose whether we will sail via the Houtribsluizen (Lelystad) or the Naviduct (Enkhuizen) to Lemmer
Muiden is fount in the centre of the Netherlands and literally next to Amsterdam.

Lemmer is a typical Frisian place with a beautiful triangular port behind the lock in the heart of the city.
Around the lock and the canal to the Frisian lakes are many, often crowded, cafes and restaurants with a terrace on the water.
Public transportation and station can be found within walking distance.
